Shining a Light on Our Diamond Sponsor: ServiceTitan

At National Women in Roofing (NWIR), our mission is to empower, educate, and elevate women across the roofing industry. That mission is made possible in part through the support of our valued sponsors—organizations that believe in creating a more inclusive, representative future for the trades. One of those key partners is ServiceTitan, our newest Diamond Sponsor whose commitment to equity and innovation goes far beyond software solutions.

We’re honored to spotlight Sue Drummond, our primary contact at ServiceTitan and a longtime NWIR member, who has not only championed the partnership between our organizations but also lived the NWIR mission through her own remarkable journey in the trades.

“It was a pretty slow day at a local home show when a man walked into the roofing booth I was working,” Sue recalls. “He headed straight for my male teammate and asked a question, ignoring me completely… I smiled and answered his question, only for him to turn and ask his follow-up question right back to my male counterpart.”

Moments like that are all too common for women in the trades—but they also spark transformation. For Sue, experiences like these fueled a deeper purpose: to create space where women are seen, heard, and supported.

“Women’s associations in the trades are vital because they create space for support, advocacy, and shared experience… They amplify women’s voices, provide mentorship, open doors to leadership, and foster a sense of belonging.”

Sue joined NWIR during our founding year and has remained an active force ever since—serving on our Education Committee, writing insightful articles, speaking at NWIR Days, and mentoring countless others through webinars and events. Her leadership has helped shape the association’s impact—and she credits NWIR with shaping her in return.

“Being a member gives me access to a community that gets it—the subtle slights, the unspoken pressure, and the resilience it takes to thrive in this space. It’s about more than networking—it’s about mutual empowerment and lifting each other up as we rewrite the story.”

That commitment to transformation is echoed by ServiceTitan. Their sponsorship is more than a check—it’s a declaration of shared values and a strategic investment in the future of the industry.

“ServiceTitan doesn’t just provide software to the trades,” Sue says. “We strive for meaningful impact. Supporting NWIR aligns with our goals to attract and retain talent, foster leadership, and create a more respectful, representative workforce. It’s not just a strategic partnership,it’s the right thing to do.”

We’re deeply grateful to ServiceTitan for their ongoing support and to Sue Drummond for her unwavering leadership, passion, and advocacy. Together, we are building a better industry—one where every voice is valued, every barrier is challenged, and every woman has the tools and support to rise.

Thank you, ServiceTitan, for helping us raise the roof—and raise the standard.
