NWIR Days/IRE Volunteer Opportunities

Would you like to play an important role helping NWIR Days 2026 run smoothly? We are looking for Room Hosts for our educational breakout sessions!

Here's how it works:
On Saturday, we need three hosts for our Spanish-speaking track. On Sunday, we have 4-5 educational breakout rooms per time slot and 3 time slots. We are asking that our Room Hosts cover 1 time slot. You are welcome to cover multiple if the sessions in the room are something you'd be interested in attending anyway!

What's involved? Room Hosts will:

  • Introduce themselves via e-mail to the presenter(s) they are assigned prior to NWIR Days.
  • Meet the presenter(s) 20 min. prior to the session starting to make sure they have everything they need.
  • Greet attendees as they arrive.
  • Introduce the presenter(s) using bios provided by NWIR Team.
  • At conclusion of the session, give "what's next" directions to attendees.

There are many opportunities to volunteer at NWIR Days. The "Ask Me!" Team plays a crucial role in assisting throughout the event whether at the Registration Desk, serving as a Greeter or helping attendees find their way!

Our Ask Me! Team volunteers will play a crucial role in helping us make NWIR Days 2026 the best yet!

How would you like to help National Women in Roofing (NWIR) make a great impression at this year’s International Roofing Expo? We’re looking for Booth Volunteers to represent our organization, connect with attendees, and share information about NWIR.

What’s involved? Booth volunteers will:

  • Greet visitors and passersby with the warm spirit of NWIR

  • Answer questions about membership benefits, 2026 events, and more

  • Refill booth giveaways such as swag and informational materials

  • Provide breaks for NWIR Team members to explore the tradeshow and visit member booths

  • Have fun hanging out with your fellow NWIR rock stars!
