NWIR Days 2026 Room Host Sign-Up

Would you like to play an important role helping NWIR Days 2026 run smoothly? We are looking for Room Hosts for our educational breakout sessions!

Here's how it works:
On Saturday, we need three hosts for our Spanish-speaking track. On Sunday, we have 4-5 educational breakout rooms per time slot and 3 time slots. We are asking that our Room Hosts cover 1 time slot. You are welcome to cover multiple if the sessions in the room are something you'd be interested in attending anyway!

What's involved? Room Hosts will:

• Introduce themselves via e-mail to the presenter(s) they are assigned prior to NWIR Days.
• Meet the presenter(s) 20 min. prior to the session starting to make sure they have everything they need.
• Greet attendees as they arrive.
• Introduce the presenter(s) using bios provided by NWIR Team.
• At conclusion of the session, give "what's next" directions to attendees.
