The Leader Within: Bridging the Gap Between Who You Are and the Leader You’re Meant to Be

At some point in every woman’s leadership journey, what once worked no longer feels aligned. You know you’re capable, experienced, and ready for more, yet there may be a quiet gap between the leader you are today and the leader you know you’re meant to be.

This session invites women in roofing to explore that gap with clarity and intention. We’ll examine how internal beliefs, past conditioning, and the pressure to prove yourself in a male-dominated industry can shape how you lead, often without you realizing it. More importantly, we’ll focus on how to release what no longer serves you and step fully into leadership rooted in confidence, self-trust, and authority.
