Jess Cress - SRS Distribution
Jess Cress is an accomplished Branch Manager at SRS Distribution with over 15 years of experience in the exterior building products industry. Known for her strategic vision and dedication to contractor success, she has recently expanded into the solar energy sector while continuing to drive business growth and partnerships. With a background in Psychology and Biology from North Georgia College and State University, Jess brings strong analytical skills and a proven track record of revitalizing underperforming companies and optimizing operations. She currently leads all facets of branch performance, from financial management to staffing, and actively supports workforce development through organizations like NWIR and Skills USA. Outside of work, she enjoys writing and playing music, reflecting her creative and well-rounded approach to leadership.
Zach Easoz - Eastern US Business Development Manager, CertainTeed Solar
Zack has extensive experience in the solar PV industry, joining CertainTeed in 2016 to help grow the solar business. During his 16-year career in solar energy, Zack has held various positions with US, Canadian, Taiwanese and German manufacturers across different parts of the solar supply chain. Along with his many achievements in the industry, in 2012 Mr. Easoz focused his expertise to successfully establish and operate ZRE Global Resources, a global polysilicon distribution organization.
