Jacquelyn is a nationally recognized sales leader, consultant, and industry educator with more than a decade of experience transforming sales organizations in the home improvement and home services industries.

Starting her career in finance at Merrill Lynch before transitioning into home improvement, Jacquelyn rose from sales representative to Head of Sales at Thompson Creek Window Company, where she helped nearly double revenue by redesigning sales training, modernizing pricing strategies, and driving operational excellence. Her leadership earned her recognition as a Professional Remodeler Top 40 Under 40 recipient and the Extreme Sales Award.

She later served as Director of Construction Sales at HOVER, helping shape go-to-market strategy, channel partnerships, and product innovation before moving into executive leadership and consulting roles supporting organizations ranging from $5 million to over $350 million in revenue.

Today, through Exponential Ventures and The Remodeler's Edge Academy, Jacquelyn partners directly with contractors and home service companies to improve sales performance, develop leaders, implement technology, and build scalable systems that drive profitable growth.
