The holidays bring lights, laughter, and love — but also stress, exhaustion, and emotional overload. For women in roofing, where pressure and performance often collide, the season can magnify the push to “do it all.” In this restorative and empowering session, we’ll explore how to navigate the emotional ups and downs of the holidays using the Feelings Wheel — a simple but powerful tool for self-awareness and emotional balance. Through mindful reflection, conversation, and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to identify your emotions, set boundaries with compassion, and recharge your energy so you can enter the new year feeling centered, not spent.

Mandy McIntyre is the founder of Level Up Consultants in Cleveland, Ohio. Before starting her business, she was vice president for a roofing contractor in Cleveland where she worked for nearly 10 years in the industry. She has been in the construction industry most of her life as her parents owned and operated a small general contracting business. She serves on the Board of Directors for National Women in Roofing as Chair for the DEI Committee and previously led the Cleveland Council as Chair. A passionate advocate for mental health in construction, she has contributed to the Construction Suicide Prevention Steering Committee, working alongside OSHA and key stakeholders to advance mental health awareness across the industry. Mandy is a registered Mental Health First Aid instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and a yoga and meditation teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She has completed Cornell University’s D&I certificate program and Harvard University’s Leadership Principles program respectively.
