Come unwind with us for a yoga session, led by our fellow council member, Mandy McIntyre. This is a great chance to relax, recharge and connect with other NWIR members.
No prior yoga experience needed - all levels welcome!
Plan to arrive between 6 - 6:30pm. We'll start yoga at 6:30pm.
The session will be held at Tremco Headquarters in Beachwood. Map attached.
