Guest Speaker: Lorna Rojas
Lorna Rojas is a human resources and organizational development professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen employee performance and workplace culture. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Adult Education from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Social Science from the University of Puerto Rico. Lorna is also an OSHA Training Instructor and provides bilingual (Spanish/English) safety training. An active member of the National Women in Roofing and the National Roofing Contractors Association, she is committed to advancing workforce development and fostering safer, more inclusive workplaces
