NWIR Event Policies

Cancellation Policy for NWIR Days and Regional Conferences:
Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within the 14-day grace period will incur a non-refundable $50 fee. Because many of our orders have been placed by this time, this enables NWIR to recoup a percentage of the loss it will incur by the cancellation.

If the cancellation is due to an emergency, please contact NWIR Executive Director Katie Bodiford via e-mail at katie@nationalwomeninroofing.org to request a cancellation fee waiver.

Cancellation Policy for Fee-based Council Events:
Cancellation policies for Council events that are charging a fee will be decided by the individual Councils. Please reach out to your local Council leadership with any cancellation questions.
