I am Zahamira Montenegro, Founder and CEO of ZA & MY Services LLC, a family-owned roofing, restoration, and home improvement company based in Maryland.
As a woman leading in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I am proud to break barriers and prove that determination, hard work, and strong leadership have no gender.
Alongside my husband and business partner, Mynor Montenegro, I am building a company rooted in family values, integrity, and a shared vision for success. Mynor brings hands-on roofing and construction expertise, while I lead business operations, customer relationships, and strategic growth. Together, we serve families and communities with dedication and care.
As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, I am motivated by the legacy we are creating for our children and future generations. My passion extends beyond growing a successful roofing company—I want to create opportunities, inspire other women, and demonstrate that women have a powerful place in every area of construction, from business ownership to executive leadership.
Through Women in Roofing, I look forward to connecting with inspiring women, expanding my industry knowledge, sharing experiences, and contributing to a community that encourages women to lead with confidence and purpose.
