Yara Banks, MBA, SPHR, CHRMAP, is the Founder and CEO of BNX Business Advisors, a woman-owned and minority-owned consulting firm that helps organizations improve performance through strategic human resources, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and government contracting support. With more than 25 years of combined experience in HR, operations, compliance, and organizational development, she has partnered with businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies across the country.

In addition to her HR consulting expertise, Yara has extensive experience in proposal and RFP development. She has led and supported the preparation of competitive responses for local, state, federal, and private-sector opportunities, helping organizations navigate procurement requirements, develop compelling proposals, and position themselves for contract success. Her work bridges the gap between operational excellence and business growth by aligning workforce strategies, organizational capabilities, and proposal solutions with client objectives.
