With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, I work closely with contractors to develop compliant retirement plan solutions, including custom 401(k) plans designed specifically for prevailing wage employers. My goal is to help contractors reduce payroll tax liability, take advantage of available tax credits, remain compliant, and build stronger retirement benefits for their employees.
