Professional Bio
I grew up in the roofing industry, and some of my fondest childhood memories are tied to it. As a young girl, I spent summer breaks helping my grandfather, James “Jim” Harrison Jenkins, pass out flyers, run errands, and attend lunch meetings. I also accompanied my father, Rick Jenkins, CEO of Quality Roofing, Inc., on roof inspections, takeoffs, and pre-bid meetings. Those experiences gave me an early appreciation for the people and hard work that make our industry successful.
Since the mid-1990s, I worked in a variety of roles within our family business, eventually joining Quality Roofing, Inc. full-time in 2007. Over the next 19 years, I built my career in Human Resources and Operations, supporting the growth of the company while developing a deep respect for the skilled professionals who keep our industry moving forward.
In May 2026, I began a new chapter by partnering with my husband, Nathan Cole, in our family-owned company, 4C Roofing, Inc. While helping grow our business, I am also pursuing opportunities in Human Resources where I can continue supporting roofers, construction professionals, and skilled tradespeople.
I have been a proud member of National Women In Roofing since 2017 and have served on the Tampa Council Leadership Team since 2018. The support, mentorship, and relationships I have gained through NWIR have been invaluable. Inspired by my family’s long history in roofing and the people I've met throughout my career, I remain committed to supporting the roofing industry and skilled trades.
