Suzie Suard

I am the Founder of Mammoth Recruitment and have spent the past five years focused exclusively in the commercial roofing industry.

I grew up in a construction family, was homeschooled through ninth grade, and spent my childhood on job sites. Early mornings, 5am start times, grit, accountability, and pride in your work were normal in my world. This industry shaped me, and I genuinely love the people in it.

Growth and positive impact are important to me in every area of life. I care about strengthening leaders, encouraging intentional career moves, and helping people build something they are proud of.

Growing up alongside six sisters had a huge influence on me. Strong women were my normal. That is why I am passionate about supporting and advocating for women in every season of their careers. I care about seeing women show up confident, prepared, and intentional in the rooms they step into.

My goal is simple. Leave a positive impact wherever I am planted.

I am grateful to be part of this community and always happy to connect, mentor, or support other women navigating growth, leadership, or career decisions.
