I'm the Founder and Head of Roofing Solutions at RoofAssist, a Roofing
Operations Support company I launched in April 2025 to close the
operational gap that quietly stalls growing roofing contractors.

Over the past twenty-plus years I've led commercial and residential
construction operations from the inside — rising to Chief Operating
Officer at one of South Florida's largest residential roofing firms,
taking an ownership role at a residential roofing company after
relocating to North Carolina, and leading operations at a multi-category
home services company before stepping away in late 2024 to build
RoofAssist.

Across every role, the same pattern showed up: talented companies
stalling on the operational side — not because the people weren't
capable, but because no one was building the back office at the speed
the field demanded. RoofAssist exists to change that for growth-stage
roofing companies in the $4M–$25M range.
