Shawn McMillin

I have more than 40 years of total experience in the evaluation, inspection, and installation of commercial roofing systems, that includes 10 years of whole building energy consumption and loss analyses and the development of energy saving retrofit solutions through energy saving performance contracting (ESPC) programs. Over my career, I’ve gained valuable industry experience and insights through ownership of my own commercial roofing company and in the various executive / senior management positions I’ve held with public housing authorities in Pennsylvania and Tennessee, as well as, with major corporations such as Honeywell, Siemens, and Pepco Energy Services.

As a commercial roof systems consultant, my focus is on evaluating existing roof system conditions, roof system design, bid process coordination, project management and quality and design compliance.
