Sarah Weiss is a seasoned executive and advisor with over two decades of leadership experience spanning operations, strategy, and organizational growth in founder-led and privately held companies. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Family Foundry, a family office.
Sarah is an active Advisory Board Member for Kanbrick, a long-term investment partnership supporting business builders, and SupplyHouse, a high-growth e-commerce company in the HVAC and plumbing industry. In these roles, she offers strategic insight on scaling infrastructure, cultivating leadership, and aligning growth with values.
Previously, Sarah was CEO and President of Elite Roofing Supply, where she led the company through rapid expansion across multiple states, growing to 26 branches and becoming one of the largest independent distributors in the Western U.S. From 2013 to 2019, she served as the company’s founding CEO, building and leading the finance, operations, HR, IT, and marketing functions that laid the foundation for long-term success.
Before launching Elite, Sarah held leadership roles at KISS Property Management and GreatAmerica Financial Services, where she developed deep experience in vendor relations and operational excellence.
