I’m the General Manager at Coastal Elite Roofing in Statesboro, GA. I lead operations, production scheduling, customer experience, HR, and payroll—and I’m passionate about creating simple systems that make jobs safer, faster, and more efficient. I refine our RoofLink workflows to protect the handoff from sales to production to close-out, ensuring homeowners receive a five-star experience every time.

Before roofing, I supported high-volume service operations in the automotive industry as an assistant service manager. In South Florida, I worked in the beauty industry as a salon coordinator and social media manager, did freelance makeup for weddings and productions, and managed social for a performing-arts organization. I also handled administrative and compliance support in community association management. Those roles taught me customer empathy, scheduling discipline, and how to stay calm when things get loud.
