Nikki Daily is a seasoned construction and operations executive with extensive experience in commercial and residential roofing, waterproofing, and coatings. Currently serving as General Manager for M1A1 Construction Services, she oversees nationwide roofing operations, managing budgets, contracts, subcontractor coordination, licensing, compliance, and client invoicing while working directly with executive leadership to support strategic growth. Nikki has held senior leadership roles with large construction firms, where she built and implemented operational systems, improved financial controls, and supported high-volume, multi-state project execution. Known for her disciplined approach, collaborative leadership style, and operational expertise, Nikki also brings a strong commitment to community service through long-standing volunteer leadership with organizations including the American Legion Auxiliary, local boards, and regional charitable initiatives.
