With over seventeen years in the roofing industry, I contribute to changing this industry into a more professional and attractive industry to the next generation.
As Branch Manager with Weather Shield Roofing Systems, I lead operations and team performance for our Florida branch. My focus is on building strong teams, delivering high-quality commercial roofing solutions, and creating scalable, repeatable processes that drive profitable growth.
With a passion for leadership and operational excellence, I work closely with clients, partners, and our internal teams to ensure safety, integrity, and service remain at the center of everything we do.
As a Past Chair of National Women in Roofing, I collaborate with industry leaders to empower professionals and advance interest to all generations and genders. My commitment to technology adoption and continuous learning is strengthened by engaging with thought leaders at RT3, Roofing Technology Think Tank, to elevate our business strategies.
As a member of the Board of Directors for the National Roofing Contractors Association, I keep an eye on what the roofing industry is doing across the nation, as well as keeping a finger on the pulse of what's next in roofing.
