Professional Bio
With over a decade of hands-on experience in roofing, construction, and operations management, I’ve built my career from the ground up—literally. I’ve worked across multiple states leading more than 100 successful projects, from retail roof replacements and insurance restoration to full-scale reconstruction. I currently serve as the Regional Manager for McGuire Roofing Products, where I help contractors grow strategically with high-performance, cost-effective roofing systems that deliver real results.
My background includes project management, team leadership, budgeting, and operations optimization. I’m certified in OSHA safety standards and fall protection, and I’m fluent in tools like QuickBooks, Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, and CRM platforms. I pride myself on building strong, lasting relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients to create smooth, scalable business solutions.
What makes this journey especially meaningful is that it started close to home—working alongside my husband, who introduced me to the industry and supported me every step of the way. Together, we’ve tackled everything from roofing to ground-up construction, and I’ve learned through real jobsite experience, grit, and a commitment to staying the course.
When I’m not on a jobsite or working with contractors, I’m with our five rescued fur babies, running my wellness brand Story Behind the Muscle, or coaching others through fitness and personal growth. I hold a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and am certified through NASM in both personal training and nutrition coaching.
Today, I’m proud to call Montana home. It’s where I’ve planted roots, both personally and professionally, and where I’m focused on helping contractors across the Northwest elevate their business, build stronger partnerships, and thrive in a competitive market.
