Maureen Greeves

Maureen Greeves is currently the Director, Field Operations for Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc; a wholly owned subsidiary of Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance, which provides roofing services, construction management, and general contracting. Maureen was introduced to industry 16 years ago and found a home that supports her passion for strategic planning and project management. She believes the most important thing she can focus on in her current role is continuous improvement of process and procedure using a balance of technology, communication and value add decisions. Maureen holds a certification in Project Management and is a past Chair for NWIR Education Committee and the secretary for the NWIR Cleveland Chapter. Maureen is passionate about seeing the advancement of women in the roofing industry. As a mother of daughters, Maureen and her wife try to ensure they are raising confident women who will pursue their path no matter the industry. Be Kind. Tell the truth.
