Marci Mayfield

Marci Mayfield is the Executive Director of CR3 American Exteriors, where she brings a diverse background in operations, systems, training, and franchise support. Marci began her career with CR3 in 2019, initially focusing on insurance supplementing, where she quickly found success and developed a strong understanding of the exterior remodeling and insurance restoration industries.

As the company grew, her role expanded to include permitting, CRM workflow management, hiring, and employee training. When CR3 transitioned into franchising, Marci moved to the franchising side of the organization, where she now serves as Executive Director.

In her current role, Marci oversees franchise operations, compliance, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching and support for franchise owners. She is passionate about helping franchisees build strong operational foundations, implement proven systems, and grow successful businesses. Her hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business gives her a practical perspective on the challenges franchise owners face and the importance of creating scalable processes that support long-term growth.
