Hello,
My name is Jaymie Joleen Schroeder! I have ten years of experience in the industry working at Pyramid Contractors. I am the Quality Control Manager at Pyramid Contractors. I know that hard work pays off, and anything is possible with the right amount of effort! Although my Uncle Gary founded Pyramid Contractors back in 1993, I didn't start working for him until 2014. I paved my own way in the education industry, but after much thought I decided to come back to Pyramid permanently. Prior, Pyramid provided me with a steady summer job in order to get through my education at The University of Nebraska at Omaha.
I graduated from UNO with the highest award they had to offer, I received The Chancellor's Award for secondary education. I have a Bachelor's of Science in both English and Art education. I believe that this provides me with a creative perspective, and a culturally aware one. I am able to speak publicly, professionally, and pedagogically. I am home, working for my family, and NWIR provides us all with a safe space to encourage one another as women in a male-dominated industry. We are able to work together in order to provide the most opportunities for women whether it be working women in our industry, or service work for women in our community. I am thrilled to be a part of this team!
