As the Chief Operations Officer of EB Roofing Inc, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth progress, customer satisfaction, and profitability. I liaise with the Elias Team to make strategic decisions, supervise staff from different departments, and evaluate and improve business procedures, policies, and metrics.
I have proven experience and skills in operational execution, communication, leadership, and diverse business functions and principles, such as supply chain, finance, customer service, and legal rules and guidelines. I also have in-depth knowledge of various roof system types, such as modified bitumen, single ply, BUR, metal, coating, retrofits, tile, and shingles. I have completed the Dale Carnegie Course and obtained the Communication and Human Relations Certificate, as well as the OSHA 30 Certification. I am a member of NWIR (Nation Women in Roofing). I am a team player, a problem solver, and a quality-driven leader.
