Heather Conrad

My name is Heather Conrad. I have a wide variety of skills in operations, management, sales. When I was younger I started working at a credit union in the Saint Louis area. After working 6 years in the corporate banking industry I made a career change. I started out in 2017 as a CSR at a small family owned HVAC/Plumbing company. I excelled in the industry and worked a variety of positions that lead me to being an office manager. I then moved along to the private equity HVAC companies that were a lot larger. I managed 16 project managers as a sales coordinator and then moved on to be a market area sales coordinator. I was introduced to roofing almost 3 years ago and I’ve never turned back. I love what I do. I love expanding the knowledge I have from my previous trade of hvac to the roofing trade and combining them both. It’s a very rewarding industry and I’m very excited to see what opportunities are ahead! I love new challenges and expanding my knowledge.
