Hi everyone,
My name is Grace, and I’m currently the General Manager at Blueprint Industrial Contractors. I’m also excited to share that I’ll be launching my own roofing company, Galapagos Roofing, in January 2026!
My background includes co-owning an interior remodeling company, and since 2018 I’ve been fully immersed in the roofing industry. The beginning wasn’t easy—I started with zero knowledge of the trade. But over time, I learned both the technical and administrative sides of the business.
Within just two years, I became highly skilled in permit processing—managing everything from assembling required documents and completing complex forms, to calculating values and securing the correct NOAs for each roofing system. Through that journey, I developed an organized system that streamlined how we approach roofing projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency every step of the way.
