I am a growth-focused executive with more than 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, building and leading high-performing sales organizations.
Prior to joining FirstRidge Service Partners as Chief Revenue Officer, I served in senior leadership roles at QXO and Beacon, where I led large sales organizations through periods of significant growth, transformation, and market expansion. During my time there, I partnered with contractors across the country to drive revenue growth, improve sales execution, leverage technology, and enhance the customer experience.
Today, as Chief Revenue Officer at FirstRidge Service Partners, I help partner brands accelerate growth through technology, sales excellence, business intelligence, financing solutions, marketing, and customer experience innovation. My focus is on helping local teams scale while preserving the entrepreneurial culture and customer-first mindset that drive their success.
