I’m the co-owner and CEO of UBL Roofing, a Jersey City–based roofing and exterior company built on craftsmanship, transparency, and grit.
Before stepping into construction, I worked in business development and marketing, helping small businesses find their identity and voice. In 2021, my husband and I took everything we knew about branding and accountability and built a roofing company from scratch — no investors, just hustle and integrity.
Today, UBL Roofing has grown into one of Hudson County’s most trusted names in roofing and exterior work. I lead operations, client experience, and brand strategy, bridging the gap between old-school trade values and modern marketing.
I’m passionate about showing that small, owner-operated companies can stay lean and deliver top-tier service — proving that reputation and relationships are still the strongest marketing tools out there.
Beyond UBL, I’m expanding into speaking, consulting, and industry advocacy, helping other contractors modernize their systems, communicate better with clients, and grow with purpose.
Topics I care about: operational leadership, local business strategy, women in construction, and building resilient brands that last.
