I have over 30 years of Customer Service experience ranging from Executive Assistant, Director of Operations, Medical Billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Office Management, Auto/GL/Workers Comp Insurance claims handling, Human Resources / Employee Benefits, Office Management, Building/Property Management.
I got my first full-time job at age 20 as Assistant Manager in the jewelry department at JC Penney, and went back to college to obtain my bachelor's degree at Ohio University Eastern, St. Clairsville, OH while working full-time. My actual first paid job was at age 13 at Wheeling Park, Wheeling, West Virginia swimming pool selling slide tickets. I learned at a young age the value of hard work, punctuality, team efforts, communication, and the ability to problem solve.
