Hey there! I’m Brenda Lopez, a TA-IP Liaison Specialist who’s all about connecting great people with the right opportunities. Recruiting isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about making sure people fit in with our culture and values, too.
Before joining Weather Shield Roofing, I spent 8 years at WSI, a staffing firm, then worked as an HR Generalist at Kellogg’s and Challenge MFG. I came to Weather Shield to focus on recruiting and also jump in on HR duties when needed.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mom to my three amazing kids—Aaron, Aramis, and Vianney. I love taking my boys to Chuck E. Cheese and chasing Vianney around (she’s one and thinks it’s hilarious to run off).
I’m new to the roofing industry, so I joined NWIR to get more familiar with it, build connections, and partner with other women in the field. My goal is to learn the ins and outs of roofing so I can recruit the best talent for any position in the industry
