I have specific skill sets in tech stack, customer journey, process dev and implementation- including crms JobNimbus and Acculynx backend set up to support processes. Building processes that work for teams and strategizing on business development are my passion. I am knowledgeable in both retail and storm but lean more towards storm, supplementing best practices, uppa laws and negotiating with vendors. I have sat in every seat during my decade with Waddle, other than accounting. I have personally developed systems allowing me to sell 2 mil on top of my duties at the time of running production of 8 crews- these sales were done remote, covid really helped facilitate that success. I have been lucky to have had some great mentorship and look to give back the knowledge given to me.
