Ashley was born into the world of insurance. Her father and mother owned their own successful insurance agency, it only came natural for Ashley.
Commencing her career in January 2004 as a receptionist, Ashley's aptitude and dedication quickly earned her a promotion to an account manager position. In this role, she has found her true passion, excelling in client relationship building and advising.

Ashley is the wife to co-owner, Seth Pietsch. The two met in college at Oregon State University, back in 2002 and were married in 2007. Seth and Ashley have four children who are actively involved in both baseball and softball. She enjoys spending time traveling the world, camping, reading and hanging out with family and friends.
