Aniley Perez

Aniley Perez is a Risk Advisor with Eastern Insurance Group, where she partners with organizations to protect their employees, assets, and reputation through risk control and proactive stewardship. Her approach is grounded in leadership, people risk management, and driving accountability. Aniley attended the School of Business at Florida International University for her Master’s Degree in International Real Estate. She began her career in 2012 in the real estate sector, working with REITs and shopping center owners, which gives her a unique perspective on risk, operations, and asset protection.
