Angelica Brager serves as the Business Development Manager for Young Construction, a roofing and siding company that proudly serves Iowa, southern Minnesota, and now Florida. With nearly five years of experience in the construction industry, Angelica has played a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, building strategic partnerships, and leading marketing initiatives across multiple regions.
Her leadership extends beyond the office. Angelica is an active member of the Army National Guard, where she has proudly served since 2006. She brings discipline, integrity, and a mission-driven mindset to everything she does. Passionate about community engagement, she also spearheads initiatives such as YC Cares and the YC Roof Rescue, giving back to homeowners in need.
As a member of National Women in Roofing, Angelica is committed to uplifting other women in the trades, mentoring new professionals, and helping drive equity and opportunity in the roofing industry. She is especially passionate about systems, branding, and building meaningful connections that help businesses grow and thrive.
