As the Director of Commercial Roofing Operations at Stronghouse, I lead a department that's grown from startup to $19M in executed projects—and we're just getting started. My focus is on building teams that operate with transparency, take ownership of their work, and understand that the best results come from supporting each other.
I've spent over 20 years in commercial roofing, learning this business from the ground up through a family legacy that taught me to value both the craft and the people behind it.
I'm not interested in following the industry playbook. I'm committed to rewriting it—creating a culture where clear communication replaces information silos, where collaboration beats ego, and where people actually want to show up and do great work together.
From hands-on installation to contract negotiation, insurance restoration to historic property projects, I bring a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver quality commercial roofing. But more importantly, I'm invested in developing the people on my team to become the leaders this industry needs.
