Professional Bio
Amanda Veinott is the founder and owner of Maven Roofing & Exteriors, which is a woman-owned and veteran-led roofing company in Northern NJ. She is a visionary community builder, purpose-driven sales leader, and social entrepreneur. She is a multi-million dollar sales producer, grossing more than $11M in home improvement sales since 2020. She also created and runs a 9,000 person-strong Facebook community in Morris County NJ.
Amanda was the 2023 recipient of the National Women in Roofing Rising Star award, which celebrate the accomplishments of women in the roofing industry who are innovative, bold, respected by their peers, and represent the next generation of leaders. Amanda also was awarded the second-ever “Roofr of the Month” by Roofr, Inc., which is one of the fastest growing tech companies in the roofing industry. Prior to pivoting into construction in 2020, Amanda spent a decade in Human Resources management, most notably helping military veterans and spouses transition into civilian jobs.
Amanda’s professional passions include being an active member of National Women in Roofing and the National Association of Home Builders, mentoring women in the roofing and construction industries, and consulting for other roofing companies to improve business processes to best serve their customers. She’s the mother to two young girls and enjoys showing them that women can rock it in male-dominated fields.
