REAL Roofing’s innovative design includes a wide range of learning methods, including approximately 15-minute micro-lessons delivered via text and self-paced video lessons that cater to individual schedules. Participants receive a detailed workbook containing lesson outlines and key term glossaries, enriching their learning experience with optional live Zoom meetings for peer interaction.
