Get to Know Lindsay:
Lindsay holds both an undergraduate and MBA degree from the University of Toledo and is a third-generation Rocket. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys traveling with her husband, Justin, and spending time with her yellow lab, Murphy.

Outside of work and travel, Lindsay loves to golf. Recently, she has also helped to charter a working women’s golf league, providing an opportunity for women to network and build relationships while enjoying a round of golf. These hobbies have allowed her to pursue her passions and connect with like-minded individuals and showcase her desire to bring people together and empower other professional women.

Empowering Women’s Leadership at Owens Corning:
Lindsay started at Owens Corning as a Marketing Manager. In her time within the company, she has held roles in product management for both the insulation and roofing businesses, and most recently as strategy leader in roofing.

Having a female leader is crucial in promoting and empowering women in the workforce. Inspiring Women to Succeed in the Roofing Industry:
Lindsay currently sits on the board for the Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN), which is one of the nine affinity groups at Owens Corning. Lindsay previously co-led the organization, which focuses on the professional and personal development of women at Owens Corning and women in the surrounding communities. WIN has been focusing on ways to engage women in sales and operations roles across Owens Corning.

The Women’s Inclusion Network is open to collaboration with other organizations for events and initiatives to further empower women in the roofing industry and beyond. Recently, Lindsay was a part of a WIN collaboration event, STEM Goes Red, with the American Heart Association where approximately 100 Owens Corning employees and Toledo community partners volunteered and mentored middle school girls. As a result, 100 girls in the community were inspired to pursue STEM careers.
