An intern can bring fresh ideas at low cost. Plus, you get the opportunity to help someone else learn how to be a great employee and learn a new skill!
Wendy founded Matrix Roofing & Home Solutions back in 2007 and is now the CEO. The company foundation is based on the values of being trustworthy, educated and authentic. She has surrounded herself with amazing dedicated employees and together they work fervently to keep their company grounded in those values. As the business grows, so does her community participation. In 2018, Matrix earned the Small Business of the Year award from the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
