Carolina Santos
Carolina is NV Roofing’s newest rising star. She joined our team in 2018 as our receptionist and oversaw residential repairs. In January 2020 she joined the commercial division as assistant production manager and quickly elevated to her newest position in June of 2021. Carolina is the Director of Production at NV Roofing overseeing both, residential & commercial projects. Carolina earned her bachelor’s degree in Education but after a few years decided teaching wasn’t for her and she fell in love with roofing! Carolina exudes all NV Roofing core values but prides herself on her great communications with clients.
When she isn’t busy with her production duties, she enjoys her free time snowboarding in the winter or riding her ATV somewhere in the woods. She is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie and an avid sports fan.
Sara Klindworth
Entering the roofing industry in early 2008, Sara has dreamed of owning and operating a 100% woman owned roofing company. After years of learning about the different aspects of roofing, she has now fulfilled her dreams by launching Solid Roofing NW, LLC! This company, based out of Salem, Oregon is a residential and commercial roofing company covering the roofing needs of Oregon and parts of Washington. Customers are her top priority. As she meets with owners to assess and address their needs, she provides knowledge and endeavors to educate them as she takes them through the process. She also strongly believes in rallying those around her and encourages them to grow and develop in order that they can be as efficient as possible.
Brittany Taylor
Hello, I’m Brittany Taylor. I work for Rackley Roofing and have been a member of the NWIR for almost 2 years now. I’m currently the contract administrator for Rackley Roofing. I’m a mom of 3 boys whose interest are in band and football. We enjoy as much time as we can in those activities. I look forward to meeting more of my fellow NWIR members are NWIR Day!
Natalie Roby
I have been a NWIR member since 2020. I am extremely grateful to my boss David Wilson, the Owner of MacDermott Roofing, for taking a
chance on me starting my career in Sales and supporting my passion for roofing education and facility management through organizations like: NWIR, NRCA, Great Lakes Chapter of IIBEC, International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Detroit Women in Business for Good, and Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association (DMAA). MacDermott Roofing is a family-owned smaller roofing company.
