Madi Cazzola has been promoted to the Director of Strategy and Risk for National Roofing Partners, headquartered in Coppell, TX. Madi started at NRP as the Sales Administrator and quickly realized she had found her passion in the organization and the roofing industry. During her tenure with National Roofing Partners, Madi has grown in the organization and held several diverse positions, each contributing to the company’s successes. Madi is the oldest of three siblings and was raised in an entrepreneurial environment. Her passion for business development and organizational growth, instilled from her youth, has contributed to her success with NRP. Madi and her husband, Jarrin, raise their son, Aiden, and fur baby, Ziva, in Flower Mound, TX. When she is not spending time with her family, Madi participates in organizations such as NWIR, CFMA and IRMI. Madi’s goal is to continue her personal and professional development with NRP and aspires to one day make it to executive leadership. In the meantime, Madi dedicates her time to the overall improvement of roofing industry through her position within NRP and her involvement in industry organizations.
