National Women in Roofing is asking for your help supporting Alexandria House. Please consider partnering with NWiR as we help “Raise the Roof” for this organization that provides safe and supportive housing for women and children who are homeless.

On the heels of dealing with the pandemic and sheltering in place, a fire broke out and destroyed the interior of the main house of Alexandria House. Luckily, no one was hurt and the structure is sound. Now, after 9 months of insurance negotiations, we are ready to rebuild and we are looking for donors who can help offset the cost of a new roof!

For over 24 years, Alexandria House has been a sanctuary for women and children who are working to rebuild their lives, health, and futures following the devastation of homelessness. Alexandria House provides a safe place for people to heal from the trauma of living in crisis and to rebuild their lives.

We need your help! Please join us and consider offering your financial support or donations of materials. All funds and donations are tax-deductible and will go directly to rebuilding and restoring the house, allowing programs helping women and children to continue.
