Heather Koenning was recently promoted to the Programs Manager and Assistance Director of Operations for National Roofing Partners in Coppell, TX. She started with NRP in 2014, as a Customer Service Coordinator and was quickly promoted to Service Lead. Heather has also held various roles within the Operations department, including Project Manager, proving herself as an up-and-coming industry leader. In late 2022, Heather recognized there was a need for someone to drive their internal roofing education and community outreach. Currently, she is working in dual roles to drive the company’s programs and operations. Heather Serves on the National Board of Events and Community Outreach with NWiR, and also on the Local DFW NWiR Board as Community Outreach Chair. She also recently partnered with Genesis Women’s Shelter and Operational Care International where she plans to drive the relationships and make an impact in her community with council members and peers. Outside of work, Heather is a mother of 2 boys and enjoys spending time with them and family. She loves the outdoors and plans to travel more in the future.
