Join NWIR and Chef Baba from Boca Raton, FL. In an Italian cooking adventure where we will learn to make some Italian staples. This is a watch and wine event, and you will receive the recipes upon class completion.


The Menu:

Tomato Basil Bruschetta, Tuscan White Bean Soup, Penne ala Vodka, & Fresh Berry Sabayon for dessert.

 As you get ready for this class, the chef’s wine recommendations are: Pinot Grigio to accompany the Bruschetta & Soup, A Chianti Classico for the Pasta and the dessert has Marsala wine in the recipe.

About Chef Baba:

Andrew is an award-winning chef with dual honor degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and Florida International University’s School of Hospitality and Management. Soon after graduation he apprenticed at the best hotels and restaurants in Europe and in South Florida. He recently earned certification as a raw food chef from the Living Cuisine Academy.

His innate ambition for entrepreneurship resulted in two very successful restaurants, Bennardo’s Ristorante in Delray Beach and Talia’s Tuscan Table in Boca Raton.
