There has been a lot of information provided over the past three weeks from the roofing industry on the COVID crisis. The NRCA Town Hall Meeting, webinars at Roofing Contractor and RoofersCoffeeShop; as well as an education session hosted by the NRCA and General Counsel, Trent Cotney on how COVID-19 is affecting the roofing industry nationwide and what’s happening from a regulatory, legal and business perspective. These have been excellent presentations and coupled with the NRCA COVID page provide extensive resources for roofing professionals.

But … questions remain.

What exactly is this Phase thing that Congress is working on? How can roofers take advantage of the recent federal legislation? Where are the forms to fill out to help small businesses apply for loans to cover employee paychecks? How does the COVID crisis affect the Latino/x community? What do HR people need to know to help their employees and keep their businesses operating?

Renae Bales, VP of Brand & Risk at KPost Roofing & Waterproofing is in the trenches with you dealing with the COVID crisis as an active leader in a roofing company that does both commercial and residential work. Like many NWiR members, her role touches on a lot of different functional areas and she needs to know everything.  Her professional activities over the past three weeks (including her unanswered questions!) combined with the expertise of Jacqueline Feliciano, Liz Tipping, and Ashlee Poplin of Cotney Construction Law will take this webinar beyond what you may have heard or read already about dealing with the COVID crisis and do a deeper dive into the issues that people on the front lines in roofing companies need to know.
