Bio on the Speaker:

Brookley Wofford-Topel, Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Legacy Restoration and also NWiR-MN Board Member!

Brookley launched the Marketing & Public Relations Department at Legacy Restoration in 2016 and has since then leveraged her unique recipe for “equal parts” consumer + employer branding [with a splashing of southern charm and a whole lot of ‘realness’] to help steer the company towards the Legacy we now know ($61M in 2021 revenue, operating in 4 states, storm + retail, serving single-family and multi-family properties). She has led her team to achieve notable industry recognitions such as Top 100 Roofing Contractor in the U.S. numerous times, multiple Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor MVP / Community Involvement / Service Excellence Awards, honors from NRCA and they are currently a 2022 BBB Torch Award for Ethics Finalist. While the long list of accolades is certainly nice, Brookley strongly believes that enriching the lives of customers and employees should be at the heart of every solid marketing strategy (and it’s also how your brand personality can truly shine + see long-term success!).
