Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Harassment in the roofing industry is a difficult, yet unfortunately common occurrence. In this panel, we will discuss our personal experiences with harassment and how we can work together to make meaningful changes in our workplaces so all employees, especially women, feel safe and respected. We will share resources, mentorship opportunities, and strategies to help combat sexual harassment. We also encourage session participants to take what they’ve learned today and spread the knowledge back at their companies or in the industry.
