New Show Dates!
NWiR Day is held in conjunction with the International Roofing Expo, sponsored by NRCA. The 2021 IRE in-person event has been rescheduled to August 10 – 12, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. With this change, the International Roofing Expo is excited to launch a virtual conference and expo, March 2 – 4, in addition to the physical event in August. NWiR will be participating in both events and our one-day conference will take place in August in conjunction with IRE.

About the event:
The fourth annual NWiR Day is the premier conference for multidisciplinary women professionals in the roofing industry to get together to learn about the latest business strategies and tactics and share their secrets to success. Connect with professional, like-minded, good-spirited women from all facets of the roofing industry and experience insight, inspiration, and fun.
The is a FULL DAY program and will begin at 10:00 am and end at 5:30pm, with a fun evening activity to take place immediately afterwards. Sessions cover topics including business development, communications, career development, mentoring, recruitment, roofing technology advancements, hands-on product demonstrations, a safety wear fashion show, and of course, networking. This program is intended to foster conversation and learning, and will include a light breakfast, lunch, snacks, and the evening activity. The first 300 registrants will also receive a swag bag of gifts from our sponsors.
You will be able to select each session in which you choose to participate and we hope you come prepared to fully engage and get the most out of this educational event.
National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is a volunteer-based organization that supports and advances the careers of women roofing professionals. We provide networking, mentoring, education and recruitment opportunities from the rooftop to the boardroom, for the young professional at the start of her career to the seasoned manager in the executive suite.
